三级医院等级评审怎么过？

今天正好也是向客户介绍公司的“三级医院等级评审系统”，交流感想记录下，供同行参考：
首先：这个系统的目标就是辅助医院通过三级医院的等级评审工作，定位很明确。就像下面的采购意向所说，等级评审工作对医院来说非常重要，是个系统工程，需要统筹各个科室配合工作，上系统就是要减轻繁重的人工评审工作。
第二，评审工作最繁重的工作是什么？ 主要包括评审标准第二部分的指标部分，特别是重点专业指标，所有指标拆解开来甚至超2000个。
第三，医院通常有个临时的“三甲办”来统筹这个工作，不同医院可能是不同的部分来负责。所以，三甲系统主要的使用方是这个“三甲办”，也不可忽视信息科的工作，系统招标及后续实施的指标统计都需要信息科配合。
第四，就是三甲评审几乎涉及医院所有临床科室（现在重点专业已经非常多），但这些科室通常是应要求提出指标的统计口径、或者报数据。
以上几点基本介绍了三甲系统相关的角色。我这次交流主要是面向该医院医务科和信息科。该院医务科负责三甲评审统筹工作，信息科负责技术支持。交流下来，该院医务老师关注的点主要以下几点：
1.客户案例建设情况，因为医院对于系统调用很用心，看了很多家，本次来交流的就有5家厂商。所以，可以说客户“眼睛都看瞎了”。医院想我不要停你说产品有什么功能，他要看这个功能在你的客户是怎么用的。
2.重点专业指标。重点专业特别多，客户关注重症专业的指标，关注指标比例的数值，统计情况，真实患者情况，指标是有迹可循的。所以，比较关注指标来源的整个路径。
3.管理的闭环。因为是统筹部门，所以他要与其他相关部门沟通、交流，所以要有管理手段，并要闭环。因为指标要评分，所以要预警，预警消息要及时通知，得到反馈。
4.交付周期。评审项目多，指标多，协调工作大。如何尽快的出成效，尽早的辅助评审工作。
还好我们的系统经过很多项目的历练，完全覆盖主要问题。
