一、指标总体结构特征
公卫管理指标集基本上涵盖了国家基本公共卫生服务规范中的主要版块，具体包括：
健康档案管理
重点人群管理（0-6岁儿童、孕产妇、老年人、慢病患者、重性精神疾病患者、肺结核患者）
预防接种管理
慢病管理
传染病管理
中医药健康管理

二、指标分类特征
