无论是互联互通评审、还是电子病历评级，都涉及很多数据分析的内容，指标的展示也是一个必选项，这些指标一定程度影响着评审的结果，影响着对医院信息化水平的定性。
1. 医院信息互联互通标准化成熟度测评
评审要求提供医院运行与质量监测涵盖多方面指标包括：患者医疗质量与安全指标、单病种质量监测指标、重症医学质量监测指标、合理用药监测指标等。
此外，管理辅助决策系统要求能实时呈现门诊动态，包括实时候诊、已就诊人次及预警分析；展示床位动态，如开放床位、使用率、空床率分析；反映工作负荷，像门急诊、住院工作量趋势；体现患者负担，包含门诊、住院人均费用趋势、占比及医生排名；彰显工作效率，有床位使用率、周转次数、平均住院日等。
更高级别要求包含临床用药分析、诊疗效果分析以及病种大数据分析，通过对这些数据的深度挖掘，为临床诊疗提供有力支持。
2. 区域卫生信息互联互通标准化成熟度测评
与医疗机构的互联互通评审不同，区域的互联互通评审核心指标包括公共卫生指标关乎区域内民众的整体健康状况，包括婴儿死亡率、孕产妇死亡率、高血压 / 糖尿病规范化管理率、儿童免疫接种率等。
医疗服务量指标能反映区域内医疗服务的供给情况，如门诊、住院、检验、检查人次（月）以及二级医院平均住院日。
3. 电子病历系统应用水平分级评价
电子病历系统应用水平分级评价标准中也涉及很多指标展示的内容：
l基础质控指标，如危重病人数、抗菌药比例、手术感染率、麻醉分级数据等。
l高级指标包括医院运行监测（负荷 / 质量 / 效率）、单病种 5 项指标、重症医学评分（如 APACHE 等，APACHE 是急性生理学与慢性健康状况评估系统，用于评估重症患者病情严重程度）。
l深度分析指标包括医疗质控指标，单病种核心指标、专业质控指标。
更高级别需实现区域对标，可与外部医疗质量数据对比（如单病种、急诊、ICU 指标）。
4. HIMSS评审
HIMSS评审现在国内影响力弱化，但其评审中涉及BI工具应用。评审强调临床与管理层日常使用仪表盘实时展示数据，支持 PDCA 案例。相比互联互通和电子病历评级要求的指标统计展示，HIMSS评审要求用数据指标讲故事、讲案例，如
·在质量改进方面，如感染率下降趋势；
·慢病管理中，患者依从性提升；
·临床路径依从性监测以及对外部数据（医保、药监、对标数据）的利用等。
此外还包括人群健康管理（疾病队列分析）、患者参与工具（如蓝牙设备监测）以及多学科数据整合分析（临床 + 财务）等。
