1.场景介绍

医院手术室是医院最忙碌的地方之一，每天择期手术患者排队进行手术治疗，急诊患者不定期的被抢救。治病救人在手术室里面显得更加直观。

但一天只有24小时，每家手术室的数量也是有限的，只有充分利用手术室，才能救治更多的病人，时间就是生命。这就涉及到手术室的排台问题。

分析手术室是否被充分利用，可以从一天的手术准备、开始、患者离开手术室、下一个患者就如手术室…采集每一个时间点，通过可视化的方式进行分析一天中手术室的使用情况。

2.甘特图

甘特图可以很好的展示上述场景。甘特图，通常用来展示项目计划排期情况，一个项目若干个任务，如何串行、并行的排列，展示从项目启动到项目收尾的完整过程。

医院若干个手术室，每个手术室从一天24小时内，从手术准备到，一天结束，各个手术的排列情况，可以以类似的方式进行展示。

3.手术室监控

两个手术之间的灰色区间即是两台手术之间的休息时间。这个时间段如果较长，即代表该手术室这段时间是可以利用的。

我们可以大体来判断在10月8号这一天，15手术室处于高负荷运转状态，其他科室，不少科室处于闲置状态。
