1.问题描述
在医院运营分析过程中，经常遇到“长尾”现象。比如我们做帕累托图，二八原理的话，少部分科室占据了80%的比例。但“长尾”不是这样，大家的占比都比较均匀，不符合“二八”原理。这个时候如果是用科室排序，这个条形图会很长，因为类别很多又不适合完全用饼图。如果我们想直观查看比例靠前的一些科室，以及进一步探索除了比例靠前的科室以外“其他”里面的情况，可以考虑复合饼图。
2.复合饼图
复合饼图由左右两个饼图构成，左边饼图是主要的分类情况，除了展示主要因素外，额外的部分都归为“其他”。右边的图形是左边“其他”的进一步分解。这里可以沿着原来的分类继续做一个饼图，如下图。其实也可以进一步按照其他维度进行分类探索。
