1.场景简介
急诊是生命救治的最紧张的地方。随着时代的变迁，很多医院已经独立建立起五大中心（胸痛、卒中、创伤、危急孕产妇、危急新生儿），专项处理急诊问题。
急诊的功能范围越来越大，已经成为一个完整的“院内院”，为了保障急诊部平稳的运作，开展急诊运营也是当前专业运营发展十分必要。
与门诊管理类似，急诊运营管理关注的常见指标也包括候诊人次、就诊人次，此外还有抢救人次、留观、输液（很多医院门诊取消输液），四大中心的就诊量等等。

急诊运营管理常见的统计表可以用下表表示：
上表囊括急诊日常运营统计指标，特别的事需要统计到天、时间段，有条件的需要进行实时监测。
3.急诊运营统计
3.1 流量监控
急诊人流量监控，可以从实时监控–时间段监控–日监控–月监控等。实时、时间段监控服务当天运营保障，日、月监控用于规律发掘。
（1）时间段监控
时间段监控即统计各个时间段急诊救治的人次。
（2）按日监控
按日监控，既可以统计每天各科室的人次情况，可以考虑堆叠图，百分比堆叠图等。科室多的话也可以考虑用热力图来表示。

3.3 急诊患者流转
急诊患者入院包括入院、抢救、留观、入院等流程。有部分患者会走完大部分流程，可以使用漏斗图来展示大体过程。

急诊占床包括留观患者、抢救患者、输液情况等。
其中滞留72小时以上的患者会是急诊重点关注的患者，他们是否需要转到普通病房？可以对各科室该指标进行统计监控：
