1.模拟数据

模拟样例数据包含门诊量、诊位效率、抽血人数、核酸检测量等核心指标的结构化数据，时间跨度为2025年1-6月，涵盖普通、专家、特需门诊类型。主要科室为：内科、外科、妇产科、儿科、骨科。

其中：

日均诊位效率=日门诊量/日发生诊疗工作量的医生站的数量

日均诊位使用率=日科室发生诊疗工作量的医生站数量/科室所有门诊医生站数量

2.门诊状况判断

模拟门诊运行情况，作如下假设：

如果门诊正常运作时，诊位使用率在30%~80%，那么诊位使用率超过80%，即是超负荷，低于30%则是不足低效的状态。

假设候诊患者占比超过总体预约比例40%，那么可能认为该诊室处于拥堵状态，需要导医疏导。

现在很多医院都实行了分时段预约就诊，上述情况可以统计到时间段。

3.门诊运行诊断

可以通过一定的统计分析对医院的运行情况进行。如进行时间趋势的统计分析，科室效率的排名等。此外，由于专家号源是一家医院的主要号源贡献者，可以协调与主治医生的排班分析等。

更好的方式还是利用仪表盘组合各个维度的运营分析：

例如，时间维度监控整体门诊的候诊情况，如具体每个月哪一天的门诊量比较多，什么时间段的就诊人最多，提前做好安排。

有些医院并不是按照科室来划分诊室，这个时候就可以根据科室的动态统计进行动态调配诊室资源了。
