1.手术量月度趋势
某医院的某科室近一年来手术例数145例，每个月的手术量形如下图；可以看出来2025年以来，每个月的手术量呈增长态势。通常量入为出，有患者必然要进行手术排期。根据月度的手术量进行分配。我们根据已经来发生的情况，来探索是否有改进空间。
通过计算月均13.2台手术，标准差6.9；其中10月份手术量最多达26台。最多的三个月度手术量占42%。
2.周趋势
如果进一步分析科室手术情况，手术量最多的时候一周做16例手术。
进一步统计各个月，每周的平均手术量在3.7台，标准差在1.85台，波动比较大。如果每周的手术台次相对稳定的话，会更便于管理。
因为从数据来看每个月手术量逐步上升，可以进一步来看每个月各个周的情况。具体每个月，各周手术量波动也是很明显，所以有必要对手术进行合理排班。使得每周手术量相对稳定。
3.手术排班建议
手术排班目标是合理利用手术室，手术管理更加规范和有秩序，主刀医生的工作也更加规律。
针对手术量突然上升，提供更大空间来协调手术能力（医生）的分配、手术时间、地点调度及手术排序等问题。
此外还有教学安排等，宽裕的时间灵活安排年前医生的规培、学习等。
