1.问题介绍
医院是救死扶伤的场所，治病救人是每一位医者是神圣使命，被很多医学院的校训所记载传承。高危患者生命危在旦夕，这部分患者也就成为医院关注的重点患者。微观上，各个科室收治的疾病根据其生命体征都会对患者的状态进行标识和判断，确定该患者是否符合危重患者的特征。
从医院管理视角，则需要从宏观上针对这危重患者这个群体采取对应管理措施，数据层面又如何体现，辅助医院管理呢？
2.综合评分
对于患者病情是否危重可以有诸多标识有所反馈，比如一个患者出现了并发症，或者存在了二次抢救的情况；又如通常危重患者由于病情严重，其住院费用相交同样诊断的普通病情患者花费通常更高，住院天数更长；再者，同样的疾病对于老年人来说，病情会特别严重等等。
由此，综合考虑上述各种因素，可以给是否危重一个综合评分，综合判断一个患者是“低危”、“中危”、“高危”和“极高危”。
3.高危患者分布示意图
病案数据对于上述相关数据都有记录，依托病案数据可以绘制各科室的危重患者的分布热力图。
如上图所示，危重患者分布的热力图中X轴是各科室情况，Y轴上是不同等级的危重患者，患者数量与颜色正相关，颜色深的代表该类型危重患者相对较多。
具体到各科室不同风险级别患者的分布情况，可以通过堆叠图进行呈现：
