1.医疗服务价格相关检查项目
首先，同日不兼容收费情况，包括：
同一患者同一天不得同时收取特级护理费和分级护理费（Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅲ 级），涉及住院医嘱表和住院费用表；
重症监护费与分级护理费不得同日收取；
全胃肠营养静脉输注与静脉输液、外周静脉营养输注与静脉输液均不得在同一天同时收取费用；
干部病房患者也不得同时收取床位费和空调费。
其次，按日收费异常情况也有相应规定。例如，
静脉输液收费次数通常需≤住院天数+1，其中重症患者除外，最多 3 次 / 天，且需结合 “病危病种标记” 动态判断。
床位费收费天数应≤住院天数，产科小儿床位费除外。
分级护理费收费次数同样需≤住院天数+1。
对于其他按日收费项目，排除床位费、护理费、输液费后，收费次数也需≤住院天数+1。
在连续收费项目减半规则检查方面，
彩色多普勒超声、CT、B 超等检查，自第 2 部位 / 项目起需减半收费，这涉及检查报告表和费用表，要关联检查单号判断是否为同次检查。
病理切片如有加收费用明确规定，也需要按规定核查。
对于超价格标准收费的情况，
门诊 / 住院项目的收费单价需≤医保目录标准，需要将费用表与价格标准字典表进行比对。
同时，耗材 / 药品收费不得超出规定的加价比例，这需要药品 / 耗材出入库记录与费用表比对来核实。
在扩大范围收费方面，门诊费用中不得出现住院专属项目，留观病房除外。
关于不规范收费，改变计价方式也是不被允许的，按日收费项目不得改为按次收费。此外，单日按小时收费的总和也应≤24 小时。
医保项目匹配问题同样需要关注，收费项目需与医保目录完全匹配，避免出现收费项目与医保报销项目不一致的情况。
2.药品审计方面
药品加价不得超出入库价一定比例，例如 45%，这涉及药品出入库记录与费用表的核对。同时，收费药品必须有对应的入库信息，不能出现收费无入库记录的情况。对于特殊药品，其加价情况需单独审计核查。
3.在耗材审计上
收费单价不得超出规定的加价比例，并且要注意耗材分解收费问题，即某些不得单独收费的耗材项目不能单独收费。
4.自主项目收费方面，
规定不得违规收取未批准的项目，例如中心静脉药物配置、引流管引流、健康咨询等项目，这需要将费用表与医保目录进行比对来确认。
分解收费内涵项目重复收费也是检查的重点，例如气管插管术（含在新生儿人工呼吸中）、螺旋增强（含在 CTA 中）等不得单独收费。同样，耗材分解收费也需关注，如一次性床罩、腕带等低值耗材不得单独收费。
5.关键数据
上述检查内容涉及医院很多数据，关键数据表主要包括核心表和字典表、流程表等。核心表有患者基本信息、就诊信息、医嘱表、费用主 / 明细表、检查报告表。字典表包括药品 / 耗材目录、价格标准字典、医保报销项目字典。流程表则涵盖药品 / 耗材出入库记录、转科转床表等。
