1.问题背景

在做年、半年报时，门诊量按月度统计是少不了的，即统计各个科室每个月门诊量多少，形如下面表格。上述统计表明确了单个指标每个月份、在各个科室上的统计值，通常可以查看各个科室每个月的趋势情况，或者看各个月哪些科室的多少对比情况，抑或统计近一段时间的累计统计量情况。这些信息都可以从统计表中获取。

2.直观表达

如上述问题，我们可以用一种组合图的方式来获取:各个科室每个月的趋势情况，或者看各个月哪些科室的多少对比情况，抑或统计近一段时间的累计统计量情况。例如左图使用气泡图，X轴是时间、Y轴是科室，门诊量代表气泡大小（门诊量差距较大，绘图时候可以取对数等操作进行标化）。右侧条形图，X轴绘制累计的门诊量，Y轴也是科室。组合图来集中显示上述信息。如下图：

3.交互式表达

如果有更多的院区、科室、月度数据进行选择筛选，可以采用交互的模式。

4.讨论

通过不同的可视化的方式发现数据的规律，找到变现不佳的科室，变化异常的情况才是数据分析的根本出发点，没有必要为了好看而进行图形的展示。

最近看了麦肯锡的一些商务图表，最经典的还是柱形图或折线图组合，展示最基础的数据本质，发现潜在的数据背后的规律。

医院统计分析也是一样，做了很多医院的统计表，为什么做这个表，有什么意义并没有去发掘。最近通过一些可视化分析方法的确可以发现一些可疑的点，这些为日常工作去进一步查证提供了数据支撑。
