下面是我们模拟的数据制作了一份医院月度运营分析报告，模拟数据提供了医院的总体核心指标、门诊、住院、药占比、手术、医生绩效几个重点专注领域的指标和数据，来展示一份医院月度分析报告的情况：
1.运营总览
提供核心指标：门急诊量（门诊量、急诊量）、出院人次、医疗收入、住院均次费用几个代表性指标。同时给出同比、环比变化情况分析，及各核心指标的趋势变化等。
2.门诊分析
门诊分析给出各科室的门诊量排名，同比变化。
3.住院分析
提供住院人次的科室分布，分析住院分布、住院均次费用变化情况，平均住院日等效率情况。
4.费用分析
从全院药占比情况拆解到门诊药占比、住院药占比，时间趋势看药品费用控制情况，及各科室药占比情况。其次是住院均次费的监控，及异常预警分析。
5.手术分析
一方面是手术类别的分布，另一方面是各类手术的趋势变化，及各类手术的同环比变化。
6.医生绩效
按医生绩效排序是最常见的呈现方式，建立波士顿矩阵图综合度量医生绩效是更为综合的度量方式。
7.综合汇总
站在全院视角，结合上述指标和维度突出一个综合评价的结果。
