上述表格详细记录了各个科室的总的诊疗人次、门诊人次、医保人次、专家挂号人次等统计量。同时提供了本期、同期的比较，甚至给出了同比增长率指标。统计表固然包括的全面的信息。但有时候图形可以给我们更直观的结果：
1.人次的科室比较
我们采用斜坡图，可以清晰的看出来各个科室的上升、下降情况。下降的幅度直接可以从斜线的倾斜程度反应。以总人次为例，斜坡图从上往下本期的总人次逐渐降低，胸外科、呼吸内科、肿瘤内科的斜率最大，增长最多。门诊人次比较也一样。
2.门诊人次与总诊疗人次关系
对于大部分科室来说，门诊人次越多总诊疗人次越多，因为门诊人次通常占据了很大的比例。但通过散点图，我们总可以发现一些特例，比如普外科。
3.门诊人次增长与科室规模
是不是规模越小的科室，其门诊量更容易波动？其实也不尽然。像呼吸内科，在很多医院都是大的科室，门诊量很大，尤其是春秋季节性的呼吸道疾病来临时。
3.各科室的主要指标变化规律
通过对增利率指标的变化，也能看到及时是同类型的门诊指标，也会有意外。普外科的医保人次增加了，但专家挂号人次缺降低了；消化内科也是类似。
