DRG/DIP改革的全面推进，现在很多医院都成立了运营部门，组建了专业的运营团队，利用大数据技术开展面向病种管理的数据分析，病种分析已经成为各家医院一项常态化工作，因此开展面向医保DIP全流程质控十分必要。
医保DIP全流程质控主要涉及病案首页、医保结算清单、医保违规、临床路径单病种等方面的质控。
1.病案首页质控
病案首页质控的点主要包括：主要诊断、并发症、手术操作、缺项等，也会涉及数据接口（医保对接）、数据上报及时性等。当前最主要的方式是通过病案质控信息系统，ICD编码诊断符合率、及缺失项等都已经以规则的方式系统化，借助病历信息化质控，医院可以构建病案首页三级质控体系。
2.医保结算单质控
通过医保结算单质控，可以实现医生在填写诊断时自动进行分值费用提醒。
3.医保违规质控
借助DIP管理信息系统对违规项目进行质控，将用药规则、诊疗规则、疾病规则、护理规则等系统化，对违规情况进行提示或拦截，有效控制违规数量。
4.临床路径单病种质控
针对单病种制定临床路径，对特定单病种进行闭环管理质控，针对病种例数、平均住院日、次均费用、病死率进行考核。
5.绩效考核质控
将医疗质量管理、运营管理、医保DIP管理、DRG住院服务、满意度评价纳入绩效考核，通过基于相对价值系数(RBRVS)的集成绩效评价系统进行考核。
6.科室MDT管理
联合医保、病案、信息、财务、医务/质控、药学、设备等科室针对医保DIP召开会诊会议，对医保政策、病案编码管理、信息系统建设、成本效益绩效考核、临床路径和医疗质控、合理用药、合理耗材使用等问题进行专题讨论。最后，基于数字平台做好全院、科室、病种盈亏分析，全盘考虑、统筹解决。
